# WEB - TẠO NHÓM VÀ TÀI KHOẢN NHÂN VIÊN

Việc tạo nhóm nhân viên và tài khoản đăng nhập sử dụng phần mềm sẽ giúp quản lý chặt chẽ nhân viên của cửa hàng và tránh thất thoát gian lận.

Đầu tiên, bạn mở giao diện quản lý trên Website phần mềm PosApp.

### **Cách tạo nhóm nhân viên**

Chọn mục Nhân viên ➜ Chọn Nhóm nhân viên ➜ Chọn Thêm mới ➜ Nhập tên nhóm ➜ Bấm lưu

### **Cách tạo tài khoản nhân viên**

Bước 1: Vào mục Nhân viên ➜ Chọn Tài khoản nhân viên

Bước 2: Chọn nút thêm mới, điền các thông tin tài khoản của nhân viên

* Bắt buộc chọn tên nhân viên, nhóm nhân viên và lựa chọn ĐĂNG NHẬP DÙNG MÃ PIN hoặc TÀI KHOẢN&#x20;
* Nhập mã PIN (Ít nhất 4 ký tự)

* Nhập tài khoản > Nhập tên đăng nhập, mật khẩu và mật khẩu xác nhận
